vFairs, the platform provider, will have a help desk within the lobby of the virtual platform. They offer quick support so you can get back to enjoying Wagefest!
All you need is a solid internet connection and one of the following browsers: Chrome, Safari, Firefox or Edge. Though Wagefest is accessible on all devices, we suggest using a laptop or desktop to get the full (and awesome) experience.
Also, we recommended enabling browser pop-ups for the event. Blockers may impact sessions surveys, polls, alerts, sound, and other vital Wagefest features. Specifically for those earning certificates, surveys must be completed to receive credit.

We’ll miss you ???? but register anyway! Not every session will be available for replay, but those that are will be available to view for 30 days after the event.

WagePoints are free gamification points that (live) Wagefest attendees can earn by completing Wagefest activities! They can be used towards raffle tickets for a chance to win some pretty awesome prizes.

You can earn WagePoints by completing the Wagefest activities at the event itself. But! There’s one activity that can get you points ahead of the game. In your confirmation email you’ve got a link to refer your friends and friends of friends… etc. Use it. The top 5 people will be getting a boat load of points on Day 1.
Depending on who is the prize donor, either Wagepoint or one of our sponsors will reach out after Wagefest to coordinate delivery.

Anyone requiring education credit (ex. accountants or bookkeepers), can receive certificates of attendance to use towards their continuing professional development (CPD). Note: We can not confirm that this will meet the requirements set by all designation authorities.
No. Certificates of attendance will also be available for recorded sessions up to 30 days post event. Meaning you can watch the sessions and get a certification until December 22, 2024.
